Rabid followers must be itching to know what the Summer Rooster in The Big Pot turned into. Right?
Well, I'm telling you anyway.
I saved 3/4 of the broth produced and froze it, but the rest of the broth combined itself with butter, milk, flour, chicken bouillon cubes, peas and carrots, crescent roll dough and scrawny rooster carcass meat to make a delicious, flavorful Chicken Pot Pie! It was even good the next day when I polished off the last bit for lunch.
